  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS or email along with a tracking number.


2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship across the globe via reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • If your location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, we will inform you before processing the order.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Andhra Pradesh & Telangana 2–4 business days
South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala) 3–5 business days
Rest of India 4–7 business days

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your order status directly on our website under the "Track My Order" section.


5. Packaging

  • All pickles are securely packed in food-safe, spill-proof pouches or containers and sealed to maintain freshness.

  • Outer packaging is designed to protect products during transit and prevent leakage or damage.


6. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Lalithas Bhimavaram Pickles is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing an order.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or non-response, re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please do not accept it and notify us immediately with photos of the outer packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
