Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lalithas Bhimavaram Pickles, we take great care in preparing and packaging your order with the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Since we deal with perishable food products, we follow a strict no-return policy, but we do accommodate cancellations and refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at lalithasbhimavaram@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will process a full refund. -
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Refund section for eligible issues.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

You received a wrong product (e.g., different pickle or quantity than what was ordered).

The product was damaged or leaked during transit (visual proof required).

The product was spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery (subject to verification).

Your order was cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or delivery issues.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences, change of mind, or if the delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please:

Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging (in case of damage or spoilage).

Our team will verify your claim and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchange or Replacement
In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement of the product at our discretion, depending on stock availability and issue verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of any food products once delivered, unless there is a genuine issue as mentioned above.
